These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services and website provided by Wander With Santini (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our photography/videography services (“Services”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment Terms
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.
1.2. The remaining balance shall be payable no later than the scheduled date of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon by both parties.
1.4. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1. Client cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session shall result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2.2. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least seventy-2 weeks prior to the original session time and are subject to availability.
2.3. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, force majeure), the Client shall be offered a refund or alternate service date.

3. Delivery of Media
3.1. Edited images and/or video deliverables shall be provided within 5-15 business days from the session date.
3.2. Delivery shall be made via downloadable link, USB drive, or other agreed-upon method.
3.3. RAW or unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All photographs, videos, and related media remain the sole property of Wander With Santini and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
4.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final images or videos for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3. Commercial, promotional, or third-party usage requires express written consent and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

5. Model Release
5.1. The Client hereby grants Wander With Santini the right to use images and videos from the session for promotional, marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

6. Client Cooperation
6.1. The Client agrees to provide a cooperative environment and all necessary access, permissions, and information required for the completion of the Services.
6.2. The Company shall not be held liable for missed content or limited coverage due to restrictions, delays, or non-compliance on the part of the Client or venue.

7. Liability and Indemnity
7.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
7.2. In the unlikely event of loss of images due to technical failure, theft, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of all payments received or a reshoot if feasible.
7.3. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wander With Santini, its staff, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from breach of these terms.

8. Privacy
8.1. Personal data collected through the booking process shall be processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
